Decoy Plus Sinkers can be used in many ways, but were designed to fit the Decoy finesse hooks to create on-the-fly "inchy wacky" or "flick shake" presentations.  The coated collar on the Decoy Shot Guard hook or Decoy Cover Finesse hook are designed for attaching the Decoy Plus Sinker to instantly create a weighted wacky rig presentation.
